Endor CRM was built around a simple idea: agencies, health tourism providers, B2B sales teams and consultancies should be able to run on the same software without being forced into the same process. Each company creates its own workspace during setup and enables only the modules it actually needs, so nobody has to work around screens they will never open.
At the centre of the system sits an end-to-end sales pipeline. Leads arriving from a web form or through the API are captured automatically, checked against existing records for duplicates, and managed on a drag-and-drop kanban board. Qualified leads are converted into customers and linked to a deal or a project. Automation rules can be attached to any stage, creating tasks, assigning owners or sending notifications as records move forward.
Quoting is where the platform does the heavy lifting. Line items pulled from the product catalogue are converted into the quote currency using official central bank rates, smart rounding is applied, and totals are calculated with VAT included. Because the exchange rate is stored on the line at the moment of pricing, figures never shift when a quote is revisited. Accepted quotes are locked, turned into a print-ready customer document, and opened up for partial payment tracking.
Payments, partner commissions and agent fees flow straight into the financial ledger as income and expense entries. Account balances are calculated from transactions rather than stored, which keeps reports and the ledger permanently in agreement. WhatsApp and e-mail integrations run inside the customer record, so conversations stay in the CRM instead of scattering across personal inboxes.
Endor CRM is a bilingual (Turkish/English) web application built on ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework and MySQL. Role-based permissions, workspace-level data isolation and detailed activity logging make it suitable for multi-user teams. The product is the result of years spent running operations for clients across very different industries, turned into software.
